The complete application package must be delivered in hard copy format to the OPA no later than 5 p.m. Toronto time five business days after the electronic submission of the application.

The reference number must be clearly marked on the envelope containing the paper copy materials and on all materials included in the envelope. Please include two paper copies: one original prominently marked "Original" and one additional copy.

Each copy of the application must include copies of all the required application materials. All materials must be in English only.

If the OPA does not receive all the required materials by 5 p.m. Toronto time on the fifth business day after the day your application was submitted electronically, any paper copy materials will be returned to you and the time-stamp on the electronic submission of the application will be invalid.
