Question:  1) If a building has two occupants (different companies) that both want to put 10kw systems on the roof of the building. Can they?

2) what would be required to differentiate them?

It appears that our draft rules are unclear on this issue.

At this time, the intent is that there should only be one microFIT project of the same technology per `address/property'.

We will revise the draft microFIT Rules to provide clarity.
