Question:  In regards to the x% Provincial Content rule, will a wind turbine manufactured in Canada but in a province other than Ontario be eligible to contribute to the x% or will it have to be strictly manufactured in Ontario?
Answer:  The Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure, in collaboration with the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, is leading the effort to establish domestic content requirements and will be informing the Ontario Power Authority how these requirements will be incorporated into the FIT program.
