Question:  (1) Will an Applicant be able to obtain a microFIT Program Application Reference Number and make a Connection Request after a Scheduled Program Review has been posted on the microFIT Program website and before the 90 day period has ended? If yes, would an application during this 90 day period obtain the FIT Price Schedule in effect before the Scheduled Program Review takes effect?

(2) How much time will an amendment outside of a Scheduled Program Review be posted on the microFIT Program website before it becomes effective?
Answer:  We expect that interested parties would be able to apply to the microFIT program during a scheduled program review. You would be eligible for the price in effect at the time you submit your connection request to your LDC provide that you reach your connection date within 12-months.

We will post notice of an un-scheduled program review on the microFIT program website as soon as possible, as circumstances allow.
