As a local Solar PV System Integrator we believe that the 30 day waiting period for a LDC connection request is highly unfair and creates additional (financial) barriers for an industry that is already in very difficult times due to the many delays already created, directly or indirecty by the OPA en MOE.
We therefore propose a 7 day waiting period and hope the OPA and LDC's will consider this.
A streamlined process through the OPA with a target of 30 days from application to commisioning (switch on) should be possible and realistic if we as an installer keeps within guidelines set by the OPA.
