Question:  Your existing definition of 10kW of DC nameplate for PV projects is inappropriate. System eligibility should be based on PV DC rating and/or inverter capacity wherein an array larger than 10kW, but connected to a 10kW inverter, would be eligible. Such a system would not produce more than 10kW.
