Question:  The MicroFit program will be in nature targeting the Home owner's of Ontario, with a contract duration of 20 years. Since 20 years is longer than the average person spends in any one home I ask what provisions will be made to either transfer the contract along with the sale of the property to the new owner, or if the new address of the original owner is suitable for connection transfer of the system from one property to the next?
Answer:  Contract holders would be allowed to assign the project to a new party. For example, if you move from your home you can transfer the agreement to the new homeowner.

You would not be allowed to transfer the agreement to a new property.
