Question:  Is the OPA currently accepting applications for the FIT? Is there a deadline, after which the OPA will no longer be accepting applications for the FIT?
Answer:  The OPA is not currently accepting FIT applications. The launch of the Program is imminent.

From the time the program is launched, there will be a number of days within which applicants must apply if they wish to apply under the `program launch rules' (described in Section 13 of the FIT Program Rules). Following the `program launch period' the OPA will continue to accept FIT applications.
