Question:  1. In several places it is indicated that an applicant does not need to specify a proposed Connection Point (or may delete it later in the process). In that case will either the ECT, TAT or DAT processes, as applicable, recommend to the applicant the most suitable Connection Point?

2. Section 5.3(d) seems to say that if the DAT shows that no Dx resources are available, the applicant will be given a chance to change or delete the proposed Connection Point "prior" to the next ECT. If that happens, does that mean the application will be re-evaluated still within the same ECT Test cycle? Or will it have to wait ~6 months for the next ECT?

3. At any point during or after the ECT cycle, will it be made public how many projects are in the queue for any given Connection Point? Will it be made public which Connection Points do not have any projects competing for them and thus may be available? Such information would allow for a more rational focusing of developers' resources.
