Question:  Please clarify Section 8.2(b) of the FIT rules (July 10): does this mean that during times of negative HOEP, the total payments that the Supplier will receive for energy delivered will correspond to less than the nominal feed-in tariff? If so, is the intent of this to encourage curtailment on the part of the Supplier? Or is it to share and/or transfer financial risk?
