Question:  In regards to the economic connect test for the distribution system (FIT stakeholder session #7, slide 9) if the OPA will not be administering the test, who will be?

Answer:  The local distribution companies will be responsible for completing the DAT (Distribution Availability Test) and the ECT (Economic Connection Test). The OPA will work closely with LDCs to ensure that transmission and distribution expansion planning is closely aligned.
