Question:  If the Host is under a contract with a Retailer, does the OPA have additional drection related to settlements ? ie: impact on contracts
Answer:  The OPA will not expect LDC settlement for FIT Suppliers for behind the meter generation using retailer rates, but rather using the default rate payable by the Host Facility as a load customer.
