Question:	Is the proposed implementation of the 9% discount on the $0.443/kw/hr rate for ground mounted solar PV based on 100 MW generated for the entire Province of Ontario, or 100 MW generated per operator?
Answer:	The proposed degression would be applied after each 100 MW contracted by the OPA.
