Question:  Regarding Connection Costs (slide 22), were CCE/CCRA quotes given by LDC's taken into consideration?
Answer:  Connection costs were an element of the underlying capital cost estimates. CCE/CCRA quotes from LDCs which could be appropriate for distribution connected projects weren't considered.
