Question:  Are condominiums eligible "entities" for either the FIT program or the microFIT program?
Answer:  For the FIT Program, as long as the Applicant is able to demonstrate that they have proper access rights to the site (ownership or lease etc), they are eligible (so long as they meet other basic eligibility requirements of course). This could include the owner of the condo building, or a group of condo owners that join together and obtain access to the roof for example. For microFIT, there is no requirement to demonstrate site access, but you will be responsible for complying with any rules of the condo building owner - but the short answer is that in principle, you are eligible.
