Question:  In Exhibit B - Metering and Settlement the definitions specify that both CPIbd and CPIy reference specific months. CPIx, however, references a year. Should not CPIx also reference a single month, specifically, the earlier of (i) the Dec before year "y" and (ii) the month before the Milestone Date for Commercial Operation?
