I have a 4 unit mall with flat roof space big enough to have a 10 kw system on each unit. Each unit has its own utility address and meter. As the owner of that property, i would like to implement a microfit contract through each unit. (leasing that roof space from the unit, or combination of contract agreements) does it matter if the units become vacant for any period of time?
