Question:  What would happen to a proponent if we proposed to install solar pv on a commercial rooftop behind the meter and receive a NTP/FIT contract, but in discussions with the LDC, they prefer to have us connect in front of the meter for various technical or operational reasons/constraints? Do we have to re-submit for NTP or FIT contract?
Answer:  The OPA would amend the FIT contract to accommodate the required change.
