Question:  Could we install 10kW under Microfit and could another person lease our land and apply for a seperate FIT, seperate LDC account, same property?

Answer:  The OPA would likely consider these applications on a case-by-case basis.

If the projects were legitimately `distinct' projects, your application would be accepted - provided that the projects meet other eligibility criteria.

The OPA will not approve applications for larger projects that have been divided into smaller project to receive any benefit.
