Question:  The draft FIT rules released July 10 2009 refer to the streamlined micro FIT rules as being available on the OPA website. Neither I or the representative from the OPA were able to locate these rules. Are they available and if not when can the OPA have them posted?
Answer:  The draft rules for the microFIT program are still being vetted internally. They will be posted as soon as possible.

A notice will be sent out to OPA email subscribers when the rules are posted on our website.
