Question:  In the latest webcast, there was mention of the items to be included for the Provincial Content requirement for Solar PV. Since most racking structures or Tracking Systems cost more than the inverters do, would it not make sense to have those included in the Provincial Content list of eligible items. Or to have all Renewable Energy systems have the same percentage of Provincial Content, (10%) was mentioned for all the others except Wind and Solar.
