Question:  1. Is there a limit to the maximum # of applications or total energy produced via rooftop solar (i.e.. 1000 MW) for the first round of FIT rates?
2. How long will the initial rooftop solar FIT rates be applicable for?
Answer:  There is no limit on the number of applications that an individual or company can submit. However, for solar PV there is a limit of 10 MW per project.

The OPA will review the FIT prices regularly (approximately every 2 years, possibly sooner). The prices will be adjusted to reflect existing market conditions and the costs to install the facility.
