Question:  Under microFIT, will a parking structure qualify. For example, a purpose built structure designed specifically for supporting solar panels while providing coverage over ground level parking spaces in a small plaza parking lot. Since it could be disputed that this is neither ground mount or rooftop. Can you clarify specifically that parking structures will qualify?
Answer:  Based on the proposed FIT price schedule, all micro-scale solar PV projects would be eligible for 80.2 cents/kWh. It does not matter how the micro-scale solar PV project is mounted.
