Document Text:  With respect to Application Materials requirements in Section 3.1 (d) (vi) - 'Additional breaker requirements at distribution station or transformer station.'

The answer to that information requires one to know details about the electrical system in question, along with loading and other propsed or existing generation connections and perform a connection analysis.

In general, a proponent would not know this information at the time of initial application.

I would recommend the OPA remove this requirement from the initial application requirements.
