Question:  I have a question about queue positions under the FIT Program. I see that to maintain a queue position, an applicant must apply within the first 60 days following the FIT Program launch.

Does that FIT Program launch occur upon the coming into force of the Green Energy Act, the Regulations to the Act or at some other date?
 
Answer:  FIT launch will take place after the coming into force and the directive.

The OPA will be very clear about when the program launches and when you should consider for the purposes of the OEB's Codes.
