Question:  We have a larger utility scale project > 2mW for which we have had difficulty financing at the old 42 cents rate. Will existing RESOPs be allowed to negotiate into the new FIT rates ?
Answer:  No. RESOP contract holders are expected to continue with the terms and conditions of their contract.
