| Question: | We are trying to make sure that we understand the connection details we are required to provide as a part of our application for a FIT contract. As per section 3.1d(iv) of the FIT Rules, one of the details you require is the transmission circuit. For a distribution project, what exactly does this mean? Would it be the Hydro transmission circuit that our proposed connection point would backfeed into? Or is it only required for transmission projects? |
| Answer: | Section 3.1d(iv) asks for connection details around the "distribution feeder designation and voltage, transmission circuit, distribution station or transformer station, as applicable with respect to the Connection Point. You are correct. It would mean the hydro transmission circuit that your proposed connection point backfeeds into. |
