Within 60 days after your project reaches commercial operation, you must submit a report outlining how your project has met the domestic content requirements.

Supporting evidence, as well as other prescribed information, must be included in the domestic content report. You are also required to submit a statutory declaration stating that the domestic content report is complete, accurate and satisfies the applicable domestic content requirements.
