Breaking a Tie

You will be awarded a time-stamp based on the number of COD acceleration days selected in your application. In most cases, if two projects require the same connection resources, the project with the most number of COD acceleration days will have priority.

A tie could occur if two applicants propose the same number of COD acceleration days and require the same connection resources.

In this case, priority will be determined not only by COD acceleration days, but also by the criteria score of each application. If one application has a higher criteria score than the other, it wll get priority.

If the applications have the same criteria score and are still tied, the project that can demonstrate earlier property access rights will receive priority.

Any remaining ties are decided by random draw. The probability of requiring a random draw is considered to be very low.
