Submitting an Application
To participate in the FIT Program, you must first register and submit an application online. You then submit an application package by mail to the OPA. There are several steps involved in submitting a FIT Program application.
After you have submitted your application online, you must submit your application package by mail to the OPA within five business days.
There are a number of mandatory items that must be included in your application package.
To ensure your FIT Program application package is complete, please review this checklist before submitting your application to the OPA.
The OPA will review your application to confirm that it is complete and meets all of the eligibility requirements in the FIT Rules.
