You then submit an application package by mail to the OPA. Overview There are several steps involved in submitting a FIT Program application. Submission Instructions After you have submitted your application online, you must submit your application package by mail to the OPA within five business days. Application Materials There are a number of mandatory items that must be included in your application package. Application Checklist To ensure your FIT Program application package is complete, please review this checklist before submitting your application to the OPA. Application Review The OPA will review your application to confirm that it is complete and meets all of the eligibility requirements in the FIT Rules.
